Why FlexFusionX

I saw a gap.

Too many people were
  • Given generic exercises
  • Not progressing properly
  • Getting injured again and again
  • Told to stop training completely
  • Left with short-term relief and no long-term plan
  • Stuck in endless appointments with no direction

Why FlexFusionX

So I built a system that…

  • Focuses on performance, not just pain
  • Gives rehab structure and progression
  • Keeps you moving forward

If you train regularly, you need a different level of physiotherapy. You need someone who understands load, progression and performance.Cyriac Kallarakkal · Founder

The FlexFusionX approach

We don't tell you to “just rest”.

Most rehab means short-term relief and time off. Here, load gets adjusted and capacity gets built while you keep training.

Active, not passive

Progressive strength and load management instead of rest and passive treatment.

Specific to your sport

Rehab built around how you train, play and move. Your coach is welcome in the loop.

You'll know the why

Your injury, your plan and the reason behind every step.

Support between sessions

A written program after every visit, and direct messages answered within 24 hours.

FAQ

Before you book

Still unsure? Call or email and I'll tell you if FlexFusionX is the right fit.

Do I need a referral?

No. Book directly. You only need one for Medicare, WorkCover or CTP claims.

What happens in the first session?

You fill in a detailed intake form before you arrive, so the 60 minutes go on assessment, movement analysis and building your plan.

Will I have to stop training?

Usually not. Load is modified, training is adjusted and capacity is built while you rehab.

Is this only for athletes?

No. The same approach works for anyone who wants to move better, including people after surgery and NDIS participants.

What injuries do you treat?

Tendon pain, muscle strains, joint pain, post-surgical rehab, persistent pain and sport-specific injuries.

I've had this injury for months. Can you help?

Chronic and recurring injuries are a big part of what I treat. The focus is on why it keeps coming back.

How long are sessions?

60 minutes for your first visit. Follow-ups are 20 or 30 minutes. Manual therapy and massage sessions run from 30 to 90 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your injury and goals. You'll always know the plan and where you're heading.

Do you see NDIS participants?

Yes, at home or in the clinic. Support workers are welcome, and invoices can go to your plan manager.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Structured rehab with ongoing support, ideal if you're time-poor or outside Adelaide.

What if I need to cancel?

Just give 24 hours' notice. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I claim on private health?

Call or email before you book and I'll confirm what your health fund, Medicare plan or DVA card covers.
